What we actually do on the Route 11 corridor
The houses and small businesses along this stretch are a mix of gas furnaces and heat pumps, similar to the north end of Staunton and different from the ductless-heavy older blocks downtown. We repair the system that is installed. Replacement quotes compare a like-for-like furnace or heat pump with the operating cost of the other, in writing, before you decide.
Maintenance agreements cover a spring cooling visit and a fall heating visit. If you already have an Air Pro agreement from before the ownership change, it still applies. Have the service address ready when you call and we will look the plan up.
