A single seasonal visit typically runs $100 to $200 depending on the system. A two-visit annual agreement is priced below two separate visits and adds priority scheduling, so most Augusta County customers choose the agreement. The office quotes the current rate for your equipment before you commit.

When should the two visits happen?
Cooling in spring, before the first stretch of 85-degree days, and heating in fall, before the first frost. In Augusta County that usually means April or May and October. Filters should be changed every one to three months between visits, more often with pets.
