The visit is a flat $110 diagnostic fee, and that $110 is credited to the repair if you go ahead. Anything larger comes with a written quote and a repair-versus-replace comparison.
Is a heat pump enough for winters in Waynesboro and Staunton?

Heating service currently runs during standard hours, Monday through Friday, so we book the first available appointment, usually the next business day. Call or message any time so you are first in the queue. Meanwhile, use safe supplemental heat, keep a faucet dripping if pipes are at risk, and if the outage involves a gas smell, leave and call the gas company first.
